AN UPDATE FROM YOUR LOCAL THEATRE
Updated: 28th July 2020
During these challenging times, the safety of our customers, teams and visiting companies remains our top priority. Therefore we have taken the sad decision to remain closed until 19 November.
In order to preserve your theatre and secure the long-awaited re-opening, most staff have been furloughed and therefore we are currently working with minimal resources in difficult conditions.
Please be assured that we are working through all shows as quickly as possible and your tickets/money are safe. Refunds and transfers are taking place across all performances and contact will be made with every ticket-holder in time.
If your show has been rescheduled we will be in touch as soon as we can – please wait until you hear from us. You will receive communication from us with the option to either transfer your tickets, credit your account for a future show or obtain a refund.
All cancelled shows are naturally able to be refunded or credited to your account for a future show.
You may also wish to consider donating your ticket money to the theatre, giving you access to 2020Club and 10% off all future shows and purchases for 12 months once the theatre has re-opened.
We politely request that you do not email or call us during this time as we will not be able to respond quickly. If you have already emailed us with a request, we will respond to you as soon as we can.
